Men’s Varsity Eight
In the first race of the spring, the Marist Men’s Varsity Eight boat experienced a race with Holy Cross that was full of postseason drama. The Red Foxes came out victorious by margin of just 1.1 seconds. The boat consisted of Harrison Drouin-Reed, Seaton Drebitko, Chris Behnke, Jacob Enright, Dan Nesfeder, Matt Klos, Doug Woolley, Cameron Schuh and coxswain Chris Leonard.
Women’s Varsity Four
The women’s varsity four boat of Andrea Almeida, Eleni Papadatos, Kathleen Sweeney, Clara Coleman, and coxswain Lindsay Superczy had their best showing of the season at the Murphy Cup Regatta on the Cooper River. The quad finished second ahead of strong teams in George Mason, Drexel, and Williams. Loyola crossed the finish line at 8:29.59.
