MAAC Announces 2005 New York Lottery Men's And Women's Rowing All-Academic Teams

EDISON, NJ ?“ A total of 60 athletes comprise the 2005 MAAC Men?™s and Women?™s Rowing All-Academic Teams, the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference announced today.
To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student athlete must complete two semesters at their institution, be a significant starter or reserve and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 on a 4.0 scale Marist College led all schools with 17 members named to the teams. Loyola College added 13 members to the teams. Canisius College had 10 student-athletes selected, while Fairfield University added eight. Iona College had seven student-athletes, and Manhattan College rounded out the teams with five student-athletes.
