Edison, NJ ?“ For the second time this season, Siena College?™s Darren Legere and Katie Luker were selected Cross Country Runners of the Week.

Legere (East Greenbush, NY) placed third individually, helping Siena to a second place finish at the Fairfield Invitational. He completed the 8K course in 26:53.9 as the Saints narrowly missed defending last year?™s championship, losing out only to Hofstra.

Luker (New Hartford, NY) raced to a 9th place finish in a field of 64 as the Siena women placed third in the Fairfield Invitational. She was the only Siena runner to complete the 5K course in under 20 minutes with a time or 19:51.7.
