Senior Whitney Cave recorded two double-doubles on the week and led the team in both categories in each of the games. Cave now has 10 double-double?™s in her career with Siena. Prior to this week, the former high school guard, had never hit a three pointer while wearing the Green and Gold. This week, Cave went 2-for-2 from downtown in the Saints win over capital region rival Albany. She followed that up with 1-of-2 shooting from the outside in a loss to Bucknell. In that game, Cave dominated the offensive glass to the tune of seven offensive rebounds, which was two shy of Bucknell?™s team total.

Had her first career double-double as she helped the Stags to win over Harvard on Sunday... had a career-high 14 points to go along with 11 boards... for the week, averaged 7.0 points and 7.0 rebounds a game... had three steals to help preserve the win over the Crimson... added an assist and a steal against #1/2 Duke... Averaging 7.3 points per game on the year and is leading the team with 6.3 boards an outing.
