The Peacocks were led by Keydren Clark (Harlem, NY/Rice), who earns the PrestoSports/MBWA Player of the Week Award for the second time this season.The Peacocks (12-10 Overall, 8-5MAAC) won at first-place Iona, 76-74, at Marist,75-74, and at home against Siena, 81-63. The 5?™10? 160 lbs. guardaveraged 27.3 points per game, while adding 10 rebounds and 11 assists during the week. Against Iona, he connectedon all four free throw attempts he had in the final 26 seconds to cement the two-point win. Three days later, he hit a10-foot floater off the backboard at the buzzer to give Saint Peter?™s a 75-74 win. Against Siena, his 23 points led allscorers as the Peacocks routed Siena.Three different players from the MAAC have claimed PrestoSports/MBWA Men's Basketball Player of the Week honors for a total of five weeks this season. Clark and Iona's Steve Burtt won the honor twice while Manhattan's Cj Anderson won the honor once.
