Edison, NJ “A total of 58 student-athletes make up the 2007 MAAC Women's Lacrosse All-Academic Team, the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference announced today.
To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student athlete must complete two semesters at their institution, and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 on a 4.0 scale. Marist College led all school with 12 student-athletes earning spots on the team, followed by Iona College with nine and Siena College with eight. Canisius College and Fairfield University each had seven athletes represent their respective campuses, while Manhattan College had six athletes. Five student-athletes represented Le Moyne College and Niagara University had four athletes on the team.
