Segni ran a personal best time of 25:15.5 on Friday at the Metropolitan Championships in Van Cortlandt Park. He finished second overall out of 165 finishers and his time places him second on Marist’s all-time Van Cortlandt Park list. His effort helped Marist to a second place finish, the highest in school history.

Southard finished third overall at the Metropolitan Championships held at Van Cortlandt Park on Friday afternoon... the freshman completed the 5K course in 18:54.00, which places her at #15 all-time in Manhattan history for a 5K cross country race... Friday marked the fourth time this season that Southard was Manhattan’s top finisher
