Schultze, Stackhouse and Camaioni Selected as Volleyball Players of the Week

Schultze led the Red Foxes this weekend to a 1-1 record. In Marist's 3-1 win over Manhattan, Schultze had 18 kills, hitting .250 for the match. She followed that up with a 16 kill performance in a 3-0 loss to Iona, a match in which she hit .351. For the weekend, Schultze averaged 4.86 kills per game with a .301 hitting percentage.
MAAC Defensive Player of the Week
JESS STACKHOUSE, CANISIUS
Libero, Sr., 5-9, Warsaw, NY/Warsaw
Stackhouse averaged 8.29 digs per game on the weekend and had a match-best 38 digs against Loyola. Stackhouse has totaled 30-plus digs in four matches this season and has at least 20 digs in the last six matches. Against the Greyhounds, Stackhouse had her first service reception error in the last seven matches.

NINA CAMAIONI
OH, Fr., 5-10, Williamstown, NJ/Williamstown
Camaioni led the Greyhounds to two conference victories over the weekend, as they swept the season series with Canisius and Niagara. She led the team with 4.57 kills per game and also added 5.29 digs and 1.29 blocks per game. In Loyola's defeat of the Golden Giffins, Camaioni recorded a double-double with 15 kills and 30 digs. She also had four assists, an ace, and six total blocks in the match. She was at her best versus Niagara, recording 17 kills in just three games. She posted seven digs and was in on three blocks, one solo, against the Purple Eagles.
