The winner of the 2007 MAAC Women’s Soccer Championship will earn the league’s automatic berth into the 2007 NCAA Division I Women’s Soccer Championship.

Last year, Niagara defeated Siena, 2-1, to capture its second MAAC Championship in school history. The Purple Eagles defeated Fairfield, 2-0, in the semifinals, while the Saints earned a 1-0 victory over Loyola.  Niagara’s Brittany Bisnott was named the Most Valuable Player of the championship.
