MAAC ANNOUNCES 2007 MEN's AND WOMEN's GOLF ALL-ACADEMIC TEAMS

EDISON, NJ ? A total of 28 athletes comprise the 2007 MAAC Men’s and Women’s Golf All-Academic Teams, the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference announced today.
To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 on a 4.0 scale. Siena College led all schools with six student-athletes named to the teams. Canisius College and Manhattan College both had four members named to the teams. Fairfield University and Niagara University each added three student-athletes, while Iona College, Loyola College, Rider University and Saint Peter’s College rounded out the teams with two student-athletes apiece.
