MAAC hosts 2007 Outdoor Track & Field Championships

Edison, N.J. - The MAAC will host the 2007 Men's & Women's Outdoor Track & Field Championships May 5 & 6 at Rider University in Lawrenceville, N.J.
The championship begins at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 5 with the Hammer Throw, Javelin, Long Jump, 3,000M Steeplechase and 10,000M Run. On Sunday, May 6, the championship continues with 30 more events starting at 11:00 a.m.
Manhattan College has historically dominated the Outdoor Track & Field championship, as the Jaspers have claimed nine consecutive men's titles, while the Lady Jaspers have earned eight titles in nine years.
