Siena to Host Saint Peter's on Sunday on MAAC TV

Edison, N.J. ? The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference continues its 2007-08 MAAC Basketball Television Schedule with Siena College hosting Saint Peter’s College on Sunday, January 6. Game time is slated for 6:00 p.m. at the Times Union Center, and it will air live on the MSG Network.
Saint Peter’s is currently 4-9 overall and 1-2 in the MAAC. The Peacocks are led by senior forward Todd Sowell, who is averaging 13.2 points and 11.4 rebounds per game, as well as freshman guard Wesley Jenkins, who is contributing 13.0 points and 3.8 rebounds an outing.
Siena is now 7-5 overall and 2-0 in league play. The Saints are led by sophomore guard/forward Edwin Ubiles, who is averaging 16.8 points and 4.2 rebounds per game, and junior guard Kenny Hasbrouck, who is registering 16.2 points and 2.9 steals a night.
This contest marks the 69th meeting between the two programs. Siena won both meetings last season, starting with a 66-50 victory at the Times Union Center on February 4. The Saints then claimed an 82-65 win at the Yanitelli Center on February 11. Siena holds a 26-20 advantage in the Division I all-time series between the two schools.
