Phil Bannister, Loyola

Bannister, a sophomore forward, scored five points in the Greyhounds’ 5-0 win at Canisius, tallying a pair of goals and adding an assist as Loyola swept the Western New York schools. His assist came on the game’s first goal for the game winner. After a 2-0 Loyola halftime lead, he scored twice in the first 20 minutes of the second half to seal the win.
Eric Brodfuehrer, Niagara

Brodfuehrer, a senior forward, registered his first collegiate hat trick, including the game winner, in Niagara's 7-1 victory over Rider.
MAAC Defensive Player of the Week
Milos Kocic, Loyola
GK, Jr., 6-4, 200, Leskovac, Serbia/Vojislav Hikolajevic
Kocic, a junior goalkeeper, was part of both shutouts posted by the Greyhounds as they swept a pair of games at the Western New York schools. He registered six saves in the 1-0 win at Niagara, and followed that by playing 80:31 of the 5-0 shutout at Canisius, being rested with the Greyhounds up by five goals. The two shutouts over the weekend extended Kocic’s consecutive MAAC scoreless streak to 730:05, dating back to last season.

Carl Haworth, Niagara
M, Fr., 5-9, Barrie, Ontario/Barrie Central
Haworth, a freshman midfielder, scored three of Niagara's seven goals this past weekend. He recorded a hat trick in Niagara's 7-1 victory over Rider.
