Chiara Greco, Niagara

Greco, a junior midfielder, tallied two goals and two assists in a 2-0 week for the Purple Eagles. In Sunday's 4-1 win over Saint Peter's, she had an assist on the first goal and scored two long-range goals, the latter coming from a direct free kick. On Friday, Greco added an assist on Niagara’s second goal against Manhattan.

Laura Ettinger, Siena
GK, Fr., 5-9, Macungie, Pa./Emmaus
Ettinger, a freshman goalkeeper, posted two shutouts in wins over Iona and Fairfield (#3 in the Northeast) this weekend. She made six saves with a 1.000 save percentage and a 0.00 GAA in 180:00 minute of play. Ettinger owns an 11-1-2 record and has played every minute in goal for the Saints. She is second in the league with five shutouts.
MAAC Rookie of the Week
Ashleigh Barone, Siena
F, Fr., 5-6, Clifton Park, N.Y./Shenendehowa
Barone, a freshman forward, scored three goals, including the game winner, in a 4-0 win over Iona on Friday. She also contributed to the game winner against Fairfield when she was fouled in the penalty box and earned a penalty kick for Siena, which was scored on by Cara Riley. Barone leads the league with 28 points on 12 goals and four assists. She also leads the league with five game-winning goals.
