MAAC Announces 2008 Men's Swimming & Diving All-Academic Team

EDISON, N.J. ? A total of 37 athletes comprise the 2008 MAAC Men’s Swimming and Diving All-Academic Team, the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference announced today.
To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 on a 4.0 scale. Iona College and Loyola College both led all schools with seven members each named to the team. Marist College and Niagara University had five student-athletes each. Fairfield University had four, and Canisius College, Rider University and Saint Peter’s College rounded out the team with three athletes apiece.
