Baker posted a .429 batting average in Niagara’s two wins at the Spartan Classic. She went 3-for-4 against St. Francis (Pa.), collecting four RBI and two home runs.

Viola struck out six batters while giving up just two hits and no walks in Niagara’s 2-0 shutout of Morgan State at the Spartan Classic.
MAAC Rookie of the Week
Teresa Healy, Niagara
Freshman, 2B, 5-6, Las Vegas, Nev./Centennial
Healy batted .571 in Niagara’s two wins at the Spartan Classic. She recorded four hits (three doubles and one home run), three runs and two RBI over the two victories.
