MAAC Announces 2010-11 Championship Sites

Edison, NJ - The MAAC has announced several of its championship sites for the 2010-2011 academic year. The sites are chosen by the MAAC Committee on Athletic Administration.
The Men's and Women's Soccer Championships will take place at Loyola's new Ridley Intercollegiate Athletic Complex. Later in the fall, volleyball takes its turn at Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex, with all ten schools qualifying for the championship.
As previously announced, the MAAC Basketball Championships will move to the Arena at Harbor Yard in Bridgeport, Connecticut for 2011. The venue last hosted the event in 2007.
The spring championships will be hosted at the same sites as the 2008-09 academic year, including the return of the Baseball Championship to Waterfront Park, the home of the New York Yankees AA-affiliate Trenton Thunder.
