Game Five of MAAC Softball Championship Halted Due to Darkness

Poughkeepsie, NY - Game five of the 2009 MAAC Softball Championship between second seeded Manhattan and fourth seeded Niagara was halted due to darkness on Friday evening. The game will resume on Saturday, May 9th at 11:00 a.m.
At the time the game was halted, the score was tied 1-1 with two outs in the bottom of the fourth inning with Niagara batting. The Purple Eagles had runners on first and second base with Melissa Markle at the plate and no count.
