MAAC Offensive Player of the Week

KATIE MANN, FAIRFIELD

MB, Sr., 5-11, Del Mar, CA/Torrey Pines

Mann had a stellar week for the Stags averaging 5.38 kills on .427 hitting and 5.88 points per set. Mann began the week by tallying a career-high 24 kills on .457 hitting in the Stags' win at Marist. She also had four digs and two blocks in that match. At Rider, she tallied 19 kills on .395 hitting, with two aces and three digs. On the season, she is averaging 3.25 kills on .330 hitting.

MAAC Defensive Player of the Week

ALLYSON SEVERYN, CANISIUS

L, Fr., 5-7, Lancaster, NY/St. Mary's

Severyn averaged 6.00 digs per set in two Canisius road victories last weekend. The freshman had a career-high 34 digs in the win at Saint Peter's and has recorded at least 10 digs in all 14 matches this season. Severyn also was perfect on all 44 service reception chances on the weekend.

MAAC Rookie of the Week

SAMANTHA GOOD, CANISIUS

MH, Fr., 5-10, Rochester, NY/Greece-Arcadia

Good led the Golden Griffins by averaging 4.00 kills per set and 1.88 blocks per set in two Canisius road victories. The freshman set career highs in kills in both matches, recording 15 kills at Saint Peter's and then had 17 kills at Manhattan on Sunday. Good also had 12 blocks (four solo blocks and eight block assists) at Manhattan, tying the program record for most blocks since the rally-scoring era started.
