BRIANNA SMITH, CANISIUS

Smith, a freshman forward, powered the Golden Griffins' offense this weekend with a pair of two-goal performances against Fairfield and Iona. She tallied two goals against the Stags and followed it up with another two, including the game-winning marker, against the Gaels. Smith recorded a total of eight points over the weekend.
MAAC Defensive Player of the Week
LESLEY IVINAC, CANISIUS
GK, Sr., 6-0, Hamilton, Ontario/Bishop Ryan
Ivinac, a senior goalkeeper, made 19 saves during the weekend, earning her ninth and 10th wins of the season. She helped Canisius defeat Fairfield and Iona, especially with her 10-save clean sheet against the Gaels.
MAAC Rookie of the Week
KATELYN MCFADDEN, LOYOLA
M, Fr., 5-4, Ventnor, N.J./Holy Spirit
McFadden, a freshman midfielder, set up the Greyhounds' only goal on Friday in a 1-0 victory at Manhattan. She spun through and raced past a pair of Jaspers' defenders, forcing a third Manhattan back to take her down with a foul in the box, setting up a penalty kick that Lina Staropoli would put inside the post for the game winner.
