Riverdale, NY - On October 10, 2010,
the Manhattan College women's softball team participated in the JDRF Walk to
Cure Diabetes at Avon by the Sea Boardwalk in New Jersey. There was a
total of 29 participants which included the head coach and the assistant coach
as well as the softball players. The team walked 5 miles on the boardwalk
and donated $200.00 to the foundation.
