LINDSEY LOUTSENHIZER, MANHATTAN
Sophomore,
Forward, 6-0, North Huntingdon, PA/Norwin
Loutsenhizer averaged 19.0 points, 6.5 rebounds and
3.0 steals last week, as the Lady Jaspers posted back-to-back two-point
victories over Saint Peter's and Niagara to run their winning streak to three
straight games. She also shot .520
(13-of-25) from the field and .818 (9-of-11) at the free throw line last
week. Against Saint Peter's on Monday,
Loutsenhizer had 20 points (her fourth 20-point game of the season) on 6-for-12
shooting. She sank both of her
three-point attempts and went 6-for-7 at the charity stripe in the game, and
her free throw with four seconds left provided the final margin in Manhattan's
59-57 victory. Loutsenhizer also pulled
down five rebounds against the Peahens.
On Saturday afternoon against Niagara, Loutsenhizer tallied 18 points on
7-for-13 shooting. She added eight
rebounds and a career-high six steals in the 55-53 win.

KATELYN LINNEY, FAIRFIELD
Freshman,
Guard, 5-8, Freehold, NJ/St. John Vianney
Linney led the Stags in scoring on the
week, averaging 17 points in wins over Marist and Canisius. She hit 61.5
percent from downtown on the week (8-13) and was 4-4 from the line against the
Griffs. Linney knocked down 6-9 from the field, with three three-pointers, to
score 15 points in the win over Marist. She scored 19 points against Canisius,
tying a career-high with five made three pointers (5-8). Linney added an assist
and a steal against Canisius and hauled in two rebounds in each of the two
games.
