Riverdale, NY- On Wednesday, February 10 and Thursday, February 11, the Manhattan College men’s lacrosse team volunteered to shovel off Gaelic Park. This is a shared facility used by Manhattan College athletics teams including men’s and women’s soccer, men’s and women’s lacrosse, softball, baseball and track and also the Gaelic Association. Rather than hiring a company to come in and clean the field off, the men’s lacrosse team volunteered their time and manpower to get the field cleared so all teams could practice.
