2010 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball First/Second Rounds in Buffalo Sold Out

Buffalo, N.Y. - All-session tickets are sold out for the 2010 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship First- and Second-Rounds to be held at the HSBC Arena March 19-21.
The event, hosted by the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, Canisius College and Niagara University, will feature eight teams and six games in two days of competition. Four first-round games will be played Friday, March 19, with the winners advancing to the second round for games Sunday, March 21. The second-round winners will advance to Houston, Texas; Salt Lake City, Utah; St. Louis, Mo.; or Syracuse, N.Y., for NCAA regional play March 25-28.
Per NCAA policy, requests for tickets to the event were accepted on the NCAA's ticket Web site, www.ncaa.com/mbbtickets. The HSBC Arena ticket office is maintaining a waiting list should tickets become available.
For fans unsuccessful in acquiring tickets, the NCAA will conduct an open practice day, showcasing all eight teams at the HSBC Arena, on Thursday, March 18, 2010. There is no cost to attend open practice day.
Official NCAA-sanctioned ticket and hospitality packages are still available by visiting www.ncaa.com/hospitality or calling 800/591-9198. Hospitality packages include pregame and in-game hospitality.
The NCAA reminds fans that purchasing tickets from secondary unauthorized vendors may result in fraudulent purchases. Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets from NCAA member institutions and companies authorized by the NCAA to sell or resell championship tickets.
