Clark, Price Named Outdoor Track & Field Weekly Award Winners

Edison, NJ – Rider University’s John Clark and Alicia Price were named the MAAC Men’s and Women’s Outdoor Track & Field Performers of the Week, respectively.
Clark, a junior from Pennsville, N.Y., won the discus (49.60m), placed second in the hammer throw (47.77m), and was fourth in the shot put (13.91m) at the Lafayette 7-Way Invitational.
Price, a senior from Voorhees, N.J., won the shot put with an ECAC qualifying distance of 13.72-meters and the hammer throw (50.42m) at the Lafayette 7-Way Invitational.
The MAAC Men’s and Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Championships will be held May 1-2 on the campus of Rider University in Lawrenceville, N.J.
