MAAC and Bob McCloskey Insurance to Offer Two Postgraduate Scholar-Athlete Scholarships

Edison, N.J. - The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, in conjunction with MAAC Corporate Sponsor Bob McCloskey Insurance, will be offering two postgraduate scholar-athlete scholarships.
The intent of the scholarship is to promote and encourage academically and athletically accomplished student-athletes to continue their education by attending graduate school. As part of the selection process, the selection committee will evaluate athletic and academic achievements, as well as campus involvement, community service, volunteer activities and demonstrated leadership.
Two $1,000 scholarships will be awarded, one to the most deserving male and one to the most deserving female. In maintaining the highest broad-based standards in the selection process, the program aims to reward those individuals whose dedication and effort are reflective of those characteristics necessary to succeed and thrive through postgraduate studies.
