2010 MAAC Women's Water Polo Championship to Be Held This Weekend

Edison, N.J. - The 2010 MAAC Women's Water Polo Championship begins this weekend in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., at Marist College's McCann Natatorium.
The top-seeded Red Foxes will take on fourth-seeded Siena College in the first semifinal game, scheduled for 1:00 pm on Saturday, April 24. Second-seeded Iona College will face third-seeded Wagner College in the second semifinal at 3:00 pm. On Sunday, April 25, there will be a consolation game scheduled for noon, followed by the championship game at 2:00 pm.
The winner of the 2010 MAAC Women's Water Polo Championship will receive an automatic bid to the 10th Annual NCAA Division I Women's Water Polo Championship, which will be held May 14-16 at the Aztec Aquaplex on the campus of San Diego State University.
