MAAC Announces 2011 Men's Lacrosse Schedule

Edison, NJ - The MAAC has released the 2011 Men's Lacrosse League conference schedule. Seven schools - Canisius College, University of Detroit-Mercy, Jacksonville
University, Manhattan College, Marist College, Siena College, and the
Virginia Military Institute - will compete for the MAAC Championship.
The conference season will begin on Saturday, March 19. The schedule features seven Saturday game dates. As in year's past, each team will receive a bye during the year.
The first weeeknd will see two of last year's MAAC Championship qualifiers square-off as Siena travels to Marist. Jacksonville's first MAAC contest will be a trip to Canisius' Demske Sports Complex. A week later Detroit will become the first MAAC school to play at Jacksonville.
The 2011 MAAC Men's Lacrosse Championship will be held from May 6-8 at Canisius College.
