PHIL BANNISTER, LOYOLA

Bannister, a senior forward, factored in on both scores in a 2-0 win over fourth-ranked Monmouth. He assisted on Gary Weisbaum's game-winning goal in the 43rd minute to give Bannister his 29th career assist. Bannister later scored a goal for the Greyhounds in the 53rd minute to complete a three-point day.
MAAC Defensive Player of the Week
KYLE WITTMAN, LOYOLA
GK, Sr., 6-1, 197, Baltimore, Md./Calvert Hall College
Wittman, a senior goalkeeper, made three important saves on Saturday to secure a 2-0 shutout against fourth-ranked Monmouth. He logged two saves in the first half and one in the second for his second clean sheet of the season in the team's only game of the week.
MAAC Rookie of the Week
JAMES CURLEY, MARIST
F, Fr., 6-1, 190, Clifton Park, N.Y./Shenendehowa
Curley, a freshman forward, scored his first two collegiate goals in each of Marist's wins over Hartwick and La Salle this week. At Hartwick, he opened the scoring in the 16th minute on a rebound off a Stephan Brossard shot. On Sunday, Curley tied the score at two between the Red Foxes and the Explorers after he headed a Lucas Szabo cross into the frame in the 67th minute.
