Baltimore, M.D. - On November 8, members of the Loyola University Maryland community
participated in the Relay For Life Kick-off. The event signifies the build-up
to one of the most popular nights on campus. Students begin forming teams to
raise money for cancer research. Loyola is currently one of the top
universities in the nation for most amount of money raised during Relay For
Life. Six members of the men's basketball team and head coach of the women's
basketball team, Joe Logan, partook in the event. They mingled with students
and handed out schedules for upcoming games.
