Sheahin matched a career-high with 28 points as the Greyhounds went on the road to beat George Washington, 70-62, in the team's only game last week. Sheahin paced the Greyhound offense that was playing without leading scorer Miriam McKenzie, playing 39 minutes at both shooting guard and point guard during the contest. The junior added a game-high seven assists, four rebounds and three steals, moving into third place on Loyola's all-time career steals chart with 201. Sheahin shot 8-for-17 from the floor, 8-for-10 from the free throw line and hit four 3-pointers. The Brookeville, Md., native was 6-of-8 from the charity stripe in the final five minutes of the contest, helping the Greyhounds close out the victory and move to 4-5 on the season.
