Yarde
continues to show why she was picked as the Preseason Player of the Year,
leading the Red Foxes in scoring for the fourth time in six games, as she had a
game-high 19 points in Marist's 57-51 win over Hartford. It was also the fourth
time this season in which she has scored at least 15 points in a game. She shot
60% from the floor (6-10) and hit all five of her free throw attempts. Additionally, Yarde led the Red Foxes' stifling defense,
adding three blocks and two steals. She tied for second on the team with five
rebounds, four of which came on the offensive glass, while playing a team-high
33 minutes.

Fr., G, 5-7, St. Mary's, Pa./ St. Mary's Area
Hoohuli averaged 12.5 points and 6.0 rebounds in two Canisius wins last week.
The freshman set career highs with 18 points and nine rebounds in the 63-42 win
over Colgate. Hoohuli also made four 3-pointers in the game while converting
all six of her free-throw attempts. Hoohuli scored seven points in the win at
Bucknell, including a key three-point play late in the game while also taking
two charges in the contest.
