Wood tallied 15 points on 12
goals and three assists and Iona made a run to the ECAC Championship Match,
losing narrowly to Maryland in the final. Wood had four goals and an assist in
the programs first-ever win over the Bison. She had four goals and two assists
in a 15-14 victory over Harvard. Wood added another four goals in the 12-11
loss to Maryland. She also drew a total of seven kickouts and had six steals
over the weekend.

LINK, IONA
G, Sr., 5-7, Humble, TX/Humble
Link made 34 saves in
Iona's three matches at the ECAC Championships. Against hosts Bucknell she registered 13 saves and
allowed nine goals. Link added 10 saves in the win over Harvard. She also saved
three penalty shot attempts to help preserve the one goal victory. Link made 11
saves against Maryland.
MAAC Rookie of the Week
AMY OLSEN, IONA
2M, Fr., 5-8, Baytown, TX/Ross Sterling
Olsen helped lead
Iona to the ECAC Championship Match with eight goals and five assists. She had
four goals and two steals against Bucknell. Olsen followed that up with two
goals against both Harvard and Maryland. She added three assists against
Harvard and two versus the Terrapins.
