Mangan totalled nine points on
the week, with a team-best three assists. She scored six goals, being very
effecitve at the 8-meter line at 3-4. Mangan touched net three times in both of
the games. She finished with five points in a win over Sacred Heart. Mangan
recorded five ground balls and four draw controls on the week, as well as
causing two turnovers.

In the Red Foxes' two games
this past week, versus Albany on Mar. 9 and Yale on Mar. 12, Knapton led the
team with her defensive efforts, including five ground balls, five caused
turnovers and four draw controls. Her best performance was in Saturday's game
at Yale, where she secured four ground balls and caused three turnovers.
MAAC Rookie of the Week
MELANIE RASO, FAIRFIELD
A, Fr., 5-4, Farmingdale, N.Y./Farmingdale
Raso finished the week with three caused turnovers, three ground balls and
five draw controls. She recorded three caused turnovers against New Hampshire,
and picked up all three of her gorund balls in that game. Raso won five draw
controls against Sacred Heart.
