Gray led the Griffs' offense
during a 3-0 week, posting 13 points, 10 goals and three assists. She started
the week with a two-goal performance in a one-goal victory at Robert Morris.
The senior then set career highs with seven points and five goals in an 18-13
victory against Big East foe Connecticut. Gray finished the week by leading the
team with four points and three goals in an 8-7 win against Duquesne, helping
the Griffs tie a school record with their fifth-straight victory.

Oosting anchored the Canisius
defense during a 3-0 week for the Griffs. The junior totaled 12 ground balls,
10 draw controls and nine caused turnovers in the three games, including
career-high totals of seven ground balls and five caused turnovers in an 18-13
victory against Connecticut on Friday. Oosting also recorded 11 points, eight
goals and three assists.
MAAC Rookie of the Week
MELANIE RASO, FAIRFIELD
A, Fr., 5-4, Farmingdale, N.Y./Farmingdale
Raso tallied four goals, one assist, five draw controls, a ground ball and
a caused turnover in the Stags two games this week. Against ninth-ranked
Florida she had three points - touching net with two of her three total shots,
as well as handing out an assist. In the Stags win over UC Davis, Raso again
scored twice
