Lake Buena Vista, FL - The Loyola men's and Siena women's teams remain in the lead during the second rounds of the 2011 MAAC Golf Championships at Disney's Magnolia Golf Course in Lake Buena Vista, FL.

On the men's side, the Greyhounds posted a second round 296 to give them a two-day total of 593. Siena is currently in second place with a score of 595, followed by Iona (604), Canisius (624), Fairfield and Saint Peter's tied in fifth (625), Manhattan (630), Rider (654) and Niagara (675).

Siena junior Justin Deitz claimed the individual leader after shooting a one-under 71, giving him a two-day score of 144. Loyola's Patrick McCormick is in second, also with a one-under 71 that puts him at 145 for the championship.

For the women, Siena leads with a two-day score of 631 after shooting a 313 in the second round. Fairfield remains in second with a total of 650, followed by Hartford (674), Boston University (688), UAlbany (691), and Niagara (775).

Siena's Katelynn Mannix was even with a 72 to remain at the top of the leaderboard with a two-day 148. Fairfield's Kristen Macdonald shot a 79 for the second day to give her a score of 155. Hartford's Sarah Sideranko and Siena's Kylie Strijek are tied for third place with a total of 158.

The final round of the 2011 MAAC Golf Championships begin at 7:30 a.m. on Sunday, May 1. The men will tee off from the first hole at 7:30 a.m., while the women will start at number ten at the same time. Click here to view the tee times.
