Iona to Host Niagara on Friday on ESPNU

Edison, N.J. - The MAAC continues its 2011-12 Basketball Broadcast Schedule as Iona College hosts Niagara University on Friday, January 6. Game time is slated for 9:00 p.m., and will air live on ESPNU, the 24-hour college sports network.
Niagara, 6-9 overall and 1-2 in the MAAC, is led by freshman guard Juan'ya Green, who is contributing a league-best 20.0 points and 3.8 assists per game, and redshirt freshman guard Antoine Mason, who is posting 13.7 points and 4.6 rebounds an outing for the Purple Eagles.
Iona, 11-3 overall and 3-0 in the MAAC, is led by senior forward Mike Glover, who is registering 18.1 points and 8.5 rebounds per game, and junior guard Lamont Jones, who is averaging 15.6 points and 4.0 assists an outing for the Gaels.
