MAAC Announces 2012 Women's Indoor Track & Field All-Academic Team

Edison, N.J. - The Metro Atlantic
Athletic Conference announced today that a total of 84 athletes comprise the
2012 MAAC Women's Indoor Track & Field All-Academic Team.
To be eligible for the MAAC
All-Academic Team, a student athlete must complete two semesters at their
institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 on a 4.0
scale. Marist College led all schools
with 23 members named to the team. Rider
University added 17 student-athletes. Saint
Peter's College had 16 members, while Loyola University Maryland had 14
representatives. Iona College added nine
student-athletes, while Manhattan College rounded out the team with five
athletes.
