MAAC Offensive Player of the Week

BRYAN NEUFELD, SIENA

A, Sr., 5-8, 182, Virgil, Ontario/Niagara District

Neufeld erupted for nine points as the Saints locked up their fourth straight MAAC Regular Season Title with a 20-8 win against Marist on Saturday. Neufeld scored five goals - including the eventual game-winner - and added four assists while picking up three groundballs. With his tremendous performance, Neufeld moved to within just two points of the MAAC's all-time career scoring record.

MAAC Defensive Player of the Week

STEPHEN ROBARGE, VMI

M, Sr., 5-10, 160, Lorton, Va./Hayfield

For a fourth time the season, Stephen Robarge eclipsed the 20-win mark at the face-off X, going 23-28 against Canisius, a season-second best for the specialist. Robarge tallied the impressive number, despite Canisius throwing everything but the kitchen sink at him, sending eight different Golden Griffins to the face-off X. Robarge won his first six face-offs of the day, including a perfect five-for-five in the first quarter. Not only did Robarge lead the day at the X, he chipped in on the offensive end as well, tallying the first goal of the second half, giving the Keydets their third lead change of the day and breaking a 6-6 stalemate. Robarge accounted for nearly half of VMI's 34 groundballs, scooping up 15 for his fifth-straight game with double-digit groundballs and seventh of the season.
