Rojeras and Traub Earn Indoor Track & Field Performer of the Week Honors

Edison, NJ - Manhattan College's Mikael Rojeras and Marist College's Kristen Traub were named the Men's and Women's Indoor Track & Field Performers of the Week.
Rojeras, a 6-0 junior from Sala, Sweden, won the 1,000 meters at the Albany Great Dane Classic last Friday at the New Balance Armory Track & Field Center. His time of 2:24.67 is the best in the MAAC this season and was less than a second off the school record.
Traub, a 5-7 freshman from Wayne, New Jersey, was the highest finisher for the Marist Red Foxes at Saturday's NYU Team Challenge. She finished the mile run in third place with a time of 5:03.24. Her time is the best in the MAAC this year.
The MAAC Men's and Women's Indoor Track and Field Championships will be held on Friday, February 15th at The Armory Track & Field Center in New York City.
