Riverdale, N.Y. - SAAC Advisor Ariel Pesante participated in the "C.O.O.L. Kids Holiday
Party", which provided a a holiday experience for over 70 under served
youth in Harlem. All of the children were provided with gifts and activities
throughout the course of the day. Additionally, all of the children
participated in the "service station" which allowed them to make
cards and stuff Holiday stockings to send to children that were affected
by Hurricane Sandy.
C.O.O.L KIDS is a 501(c) 3 not-for-profit youth
based organization committed to cultivating the next generation of socially
conscious, service-minded leaders through volunteerism, community
collaboration, and leadership development. By offering a continuum of engaging
service opportunities for children, adolescents, and young adults, C.O.O.L Kids
