MAAC Offensive Player of the Week
JENNIFER MEIER, Rider

Meier was instrumental as the Broncs’ posted a 2-0 week. In a 3-1 win over Saint Peter’s, the senior forward assisted on the goal that gave Rider a 1-0 lead, and later scored the goal that gave the Broncs’ a 3-1 victory. In the second match of the week, Meier registered her second career hat trick as the Broncs’ shut out Iona 3-0. Less than two minutes into the game, Meier scored from 18 yards out to stake the Broncs’ to an early lead. Her second goal gave Rider a 2-0 lead at halftime, and she rounded out the scoring early in the second half. For the week, she was credited with 10 shots, including five shots on goal.
MAAC Defensive Player of the Week
ANDREA WICKS, Marist
G, Jr., 5-9, East Northport, N.Y./John Glenn
Wicks registered a pair of shutouts to lead Marist to two wins last week. Wicks recorded six saves in a 1-0 overtime victory over Canisius, blanking the Golden Griffs in regulation play and over eight minutes in OT. Wicks then earned her sixth shutout of the season as Marist held Saint Peter’s at bay, 4-0.
MAAC Rookie of the Week
HOLLIE KELSH, Rider
F/MF, Fr., 5-4, Lancashire, England/Sandbach
Kelsh helped Rider to a pair of victories last week, with one goal and two assists in the two matches. Kelsh assisted on Rider’s first goal in a 3-1 victory over Saint Peter’s, and then scored what proved to be the game winner to give the Broncs a 2-0 lead over the Peacocks at halftime. Kelsh also assisted on one of Jenn Meier’s three goals in the Broncs’ 3-0 win over Iona. She has two goals and four assists on the year.
