Jasper's Women's Basketball Volunteer at Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure

Riverdale, N.Y. - The Manhattan College women’s basketball team volunteered at the annual Susan G. Komen New York City Race for the Cure in Central Park on Sunday, Sept. 8. This marked the 10
th consecutive year in which the Jaspers participated in the event, which is the Greater New York City affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure’s largest annual fundraiser. The Jaspers worked the third water station at the race, handing out water and Gatorade to competitors in the 5K run/walk, which has been held every year since 1991.
