Senior Katie Cizynski recorded her second double-double of the season to power the Stags to a 67-61 victory at Rider to open MAAC play on December 29. Cizynski tallied 16 points, the ninth time this season she’s record double-digits, and tied a season-high with 12 rebounds, nine of which came off the defensive glass. Cizynski recorded two assists, a steal, and a block as well in 39 minutes of action.

Adily Martucci, Quinnipiac
RFr., G, 5-8, Waterford, Conn./Waterford
Redshirt freshman Adily Martucci scored a career high 17 points against Niagara on Sunday Dec. 29. The 5-8 Guard from Waterford, Conn., shot 5-for-11 from the field, 3-for-6 from three, and 4-for-7 from the free-throw line. She also added 3 rebounds in the win to help improve the Bobcats to a 2-1 league record. This was Martucci’s first career game where she has scored in double digits.
