Iona College junior guard Damika Martinez posted 33 points on 12-for-16 (75.0%) shooting from the field to help the Gaels secured a 86-62 victory over Sacred Heart in non-conference action on the road. Martinez knocked down four of her five three point attempts in the contest to help secure her second 30-plus point effort of the season. Martinez also pulled down seven rebounds and dished out two assists in the win. Martinez scored 24 of the team's 45 points in the first half on 9-for-11 shooting before helping seal the victory with a trio of second half three pointers.

Kayla Grimme, Manhattan

Kayla Grimme recorded her third straight double-double in the Jaspers’ loss to Oakland on Friday night. She finished with 16 points and 10 rebounds, both team-highs, in the contest, while also posting an assist and a block. Grimme is the first Manhattan player to post three consecutive double-doubles since Rosalee Mason from Feb. 29-March 4, 2004.
