In two games during
the Marist Invite, the sophomore on attack scored a total of 10 goals, while
adding two assists and four steals. In a 20-5 win against Notre Dame (OH),
Burdge had a career-high seven goals, while adding three steals. Against
Hartwick, Burdge scored three goals, while adding two assists and one steal.
Defensive Player of the Week
Marisa Gaynor, Iona
Jr., GK, 5-10, Orlando, FL
Marisa Gaynor stopped 10 shots in the Gaels' win over Notre
Dame College to go along with one steal and one assist. Against No. 18 Hartwick, Gaynor made eight
saves and grabbed another steal.
Rookie of the

Megan Rodriguez, Wagner

CA/ San Ramon Valley
In two games during the Marist Invite, the freshman recorded
six goals, four assists, and five steals. In the 20-5 Wagner win over Notre
Dame (OH), the freshman had a career-best five goals and one assist, helping
the Seahawks to the win. Rodriguez also had one goal and three assists against
Hartwick on the same day.
