Wagner to Take on Iona in the MAAC Water Polo Final

Poughkeepsie, N.Y. – The 2013 MAAC Water Polo Championship concludes Sunday, April 28 at McCan Natatorium on the campus of Marist College.
Top-seed Wagner College will take on second-seed Iona College at 2 p.m., a rematch of last year’s championship final. The Gaels defeated Wagner in last year’s championship final by the score of 10-9 in overtime. The winner of today’s contest will earn the MAAC’s automatic bid to the 2013 NCAA Women’s Water Polo Championship. The NCAA Women’s Water Polo selection show will air live on NCAA.com at 8 p.m. on Monday, April 29.
