New Rochelle, N.Y. - On Sunday, September 8th the Iona College Softball team volunteered with the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in New York City. The Gaels were responsible for setting up the first water station as the runners and walkers raced through the course.  Responsibilities included setting up the cups and filling them with water and passing them on to the competitors as they went by, and cleaning up the station once the race was complete.
