POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. - The Northeast Classic – Face Off Against Cancer (October 11th and 12th). The Marist Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse teams participated in this annual tournament to raise money for cancer research at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, Massachusetts. The women’s tournament took place on Saturday and all proceeds went to Dana-Farber’s Patient and Family Services Program while the men’s tournament was held on Sunday with all proceeds going to Dr. Mary-Ellen Taplin’s Research in Genitourinary Oncology at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
