Courtside VIP Tables sold out for 2015 MAAC Basketball Championships

EDISON, N.J. – The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference and the Times Union Center have sold out of the courtside VIP tables for the upcoming 2015 MAAC Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships at the Times Union Center in Albany, N.Y. The 124 seats are located courtside directly across from the team benches and official scorer’s table.
“As the MAAC Basketball Championships return to Albany for ‘It’s Best One Yet!’ there is pent up demand for access in the league and Albany region to the premium seat locations for some great college hoops,” notes MAAC Commissioner Richard J. Ensor, Esq. “With courtside seats now sold out, the MAAC and TUC will focus pre-sale efforts to the member schools and TUC fans who have previously bought all-session tickets for VIP seats which are located between the baselines and offer other amenities including the championship program and laminate granting access to the Time Warner Cable Sports Lounge.”
Nearly 400 club seats that are being sold exclusively at this time in a pre-sale effort to past all session ticket holders. The VIP seats located in the first 3 rows of the bowl include: the 2015 MAAC Men’s & Women’s Basketball Championships tournament program and laminate granting access to the Time Warner Cable Sports Lounge.
"Times Union Center is excited to welcome the MAAC back to Albany. We are proud to say that the Courtside tables are already sold out, and we have a limited number of VIP seats available for purchase,” said Bob Belber, Times Union Center General Manager. “The high demand for these VIP seats shows that the Capital Region is ready for the MAAC Basketball Championships to return to Albany. In 2010 total attendance for the tournament was over 55,000 fans, and we expect people to buy tickets early in order to get the best seats available."
